leider habe ich eine Anmeldung über Jotform erhalten, die nicht lesbar ist (siehe Screenshot unten). Könnt ihr mir diesbezüglich weiterhelfen?

I can see that you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/form/211822194518051.
It is possible that the person who filled out the form may have entered random text and characters and submitted the form.
Did you receive any notification email for this submission?
