i also reach the screen you send me a screenshot of. But if I look for the field to rename the Option 1 to 3 in one one the dropdownfields I can't find anything.

Unfortunetly this problem still exists. Perhaps im doing it in the wrong way but I still can't find change the option names.

Perhaps you have another idea to solve the problem.

I solved it now. Usually I worked with the safari browser without problems. But this formula does not work with safari it seems.

I downloaded google chrome and now all is like it should be.

If you face this issue again - could you tell us, please, the version of Safari Browser and version of macOS for a further investigation.
