Conditional value not printed

If the participant answer the show question with "NEIN", "NEIN" should be printed in the corresponding field based on a condition.

In the preview it is working, in production mode.

Can you tell me why?

Click on the field in the web form and select the field on the PDF file

I already have three big text fields on the PDF. Based on three conditions participantes can write a text or the condition should fill in "NEIN".

I am not able to add more fields an in the preview the form is working as expected.

I inspected your form and submissions and the "NEIN" value you're passing was not recorded. This issue is related to the Form Settings. Please change the Clear Hidden Field Values option from Clear on Submit to Don't Clear, and test the form again.
