Joining Quiz Form with Just a Name

Is it possible to join with registring only a name?

Yes, and this can typically be done by making the Name field as a Required field in your form and remove or make other fields optional if you want only the name to be mandatory. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the gear icon right next to the Name field to open its Properties.
2. Under General tab, scroll down and toggle Required button to On.
