Unfortunately I don't receive a verification code via email, why introduce such a security mechanism if it doesn't work?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the email logs, and I can see that attempts to reset the password have been sent to your email. I have also checked the Bounce list and the email you used is not in there. Can you try to check the Spam or Junk folder and see if the email is there? If it's not, let us know and we'll investigate what's going on.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email, please remove this, I would like to have access to my account, otherwise I will be forced to look for another provider.

Excuse the confusion, but it appears there's no reset password email that was sent to your email address. Can you try again? Before that, I suggest that you add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your contact list. Now, let me walk you through resetting your password:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
