    Hoi,

Er wordt aangegeven dat onze ruimte bijna vol is. Vrijwel alle antwoorden zijn verwijderd en de cash is geleegd. Kan dit opgelost worden?

    Hi Hilde,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and saw that you've used 30.69 MB of your 100.00 MB upload storage limit. This means you can now continue accepting submissions with uploads. However, your form still contains uploaded files that are using storage space. To free up space, you'll need to delete the submissions containing uploads and purge them permanently. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

uploadopslag vol Image 1 Screenshot 20 To avoid permanently losing submission data, it’s recommended to Download Form Submissions as Excel, CSV, or PDF. Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

I deleted everything, but the upload storage has not changed.

    Hi Hilde,

I checked your account again, and your updated upload storage limit is now 0MB. This means you can now continue accepting submissions with uploads. If the changes haven't been reflected yet after you deleted and purged the submission, then you can clear your form cache. Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
