Hallo, ich habe mein Paket vor Monaten schon auf nicht automatische Verlängerung eingestellt. Ich möchte dieses Abonnement nicht weiterführen und ich möchte diese Rechnung nicht zahlen

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, keep in mind that all paid plans are subject to auto-renew since they are subscriptions. Sure, you can cancel your subscription, but you'll have to do it on the desktop version of Jotform because it's not yet available on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.

Refund due to unwanted renewal of my subscription
Dear Sir or Madam
I have noticed that my subscription has been extended despite being set to “do not extend automatically” and that I have been charged for this. This was not my intention, as I actually wanted to switch to the monthly package.
I would therefore ask you to reverse the debit or refund me the amount deducted. I would like to avoid any misunderstandings and hope for your support so that we can find a quick solution.
It would be a shame if I had to change providers because of such an incident, as I have been very satisfied with your service so far. I am sure that we can find an amicable solution and thank you in advance for your help.
