Liebes Jotform-Team,
aktuell halten wir bei Euch eine Silbermitgliedschaft und sind mit Eurem Produkt echt zufrieden. Allerdings stoßen wir bei einem Thema auf folgendes Problem: derzeit bezahlen wir das Produkt per PayPal. Allerdings wollen wir gern auf Kreditkarte umstellen. Leider lässt es das System nicht zu, dass wir das machen können. In einem anderen Thread habe ich gelesen, dass ich dazu erst auf die Free-Variante umstellen muss, habe allerdings aufgrund der Limitbeschränkung Bedenken, dass danach alle unsere Formulare weg sind. Wie kann ich also von PayPal auf Kreditkarte umstellen?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can remove PayPal and update your subscription with your credit card easily. Check out the steps below to see how it's done:
1. Go to the Pricing page, and click on your current plan.
2. In the Checkout page, under the Choose Your Payment Method section, select Credit/Debit Card.
3. Tick the Terms of Service box, and then click on Pay/Continue, and you’re done.
If you're still having issues, can you take a screenshot of what's happening, and send it to us? Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Support Forum:
1. On the Support Forum page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.
2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.
3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.
4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.
5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
That's it. Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

I tried to follow your instructions, but unfortunately I can't select a credit card option at checkout, only PayPal is available to me. Unfortunately the screenshot is in German, I haven't found a way to change it to English...
Do I have to delete the subscription in PayPal before I can switch to credit card?

Hi Alex,
You can try to Cancel Your Subscription first, and upgrade it again. You'll have to do it on the Desktop version of Jotform because it's not available yet on the mobile app. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan. Once done, you can already Upgrade your Account again. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.
3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method.
Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:
After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.
