Save and continue later a button to save error

Hallo,

die Funktion "Speichern und später fortsetzen" ist bei unserem Formular an sich einreichtet. Am Ende jeder Seite gibt es den Button zum Speichern. Nach Klick auf den Button kommt die Meldung "Antwort als Entwurf gespeichert. Wir haben Ihnen einen Link gemailt, mit dem Sie später fortfahren können." Allerdings langt keine E-Mail ein.

Woran kann das liegen?
