Hi Patrick,
If I understand it correctly, you want to be able to display your preferred form fields on another PDF document. If that's so, you can remove the form fields that you don't need on your preferred PDF document in PDF Editor and add another PDF document where you'll add the form fields that you've removed on the previous PDF document. You can check out our guide on How to Create or Edit Your PDF Submission Report for more information. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper-left part of the screen.
2. Click on PDF Editor above Form Analytics.
3. In PDF Editor, click on the Trash Can icon on the form field that you don't need. Repeat this step until you've removed all form fields that you don't need on your preferred PDF document.
4. Click on New PDF on the blue navigation bar.5. Click on Use Default Layout on the Create A New PDF Document modal.
6. Click on the Trash Can icon on the form field that you don't need. Repeat this step until you only have the form fields that you've removed from the previous PDF document.
