If I understand it correctly, you want to be able to choose your preferred PDF design when downloading a form submission as a PDF file in your Jotform Mobile Forms app. If that's so, you can select your preferred PDF document after you click the Download As PDF on your preferred submission. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Go to the Jotform Mobile Forms app, click on your preferred form.

2. Click on Submissions above Show In Tables.

3. Click on your preferred submission on your form.

4. Click on the Three Dots icon on the upper-right part of the screen.

5. Click on Download As PDF on More Options field.

6. Select your preferred PDF document to download the submission.

If you want to change the layout of your PDF, you will have to do it on a desktop. Editing your PDF layout is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform logo and click PDF Editor.
   
2. Now, select which PDF of your form you want to edit.
