Hallo

Hi Siri,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can use a Checklist widget on your form, so the option will be in a checklist, and won't be so long. Let me show you how you can add a Checklist widget on your form:
1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu, located on the left side of the screen.
2. Under Widget tab, drag and drop Checklist widget on your form.
You can also check my results in the screencast shown below:
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
