About your question, are you referring to this form? If yes, Let me show you how to turn it off:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Look for Encrypt Form Data and click on the button to No.

The new settings will only be applied to all new submissions.
