    Guten Tag,

    wie bzw. wo kann ich meine email Adresse für die Bestellbestätungsmail ändern?

    Leider bekomme ich immer die Bestätigungsmail, auf die email Adresse, mit welcher ich mich bei euch registriert habe.

    Kann dies geändert werden?

    Now, coming back to your question, You can update the email notification recipient to your preferred email address. Here’s how:

    1. Open your form in the Form Builder.
    2. Go to the Settings tab and select Emails from the left menu.
    3. Hover over the notification email and click the Edit (pencil icon).
    4. Navigate to the Recipients tab.
    5. Replace the existing email address with your preferred email in the Recipient Email field.
    6. Click Save to apply the changes.

    Your email notifications will now be sent to the updated recipient address. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Besten Dank.

    Und wie würde das bei einer oder mehrere erstellten App´s funktionieren?

    Da ist leider immer die Mailadresse hinterlegt, mit welcher ich mich registriert habe und ich würde diese gerne für alle Apps auf eine andere ändern, damit ich die Bestellbestätigungen auf die neue Adresse bekomme.

    Now, coming back to your question, If I understand you correctly, you want to change the recipient email address of multiple forms in one place.

    While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know. 

    For every form you create, the initial recipient address is the email address associated with your account. It is not currently possible to change the recipient address in bulk. Another way to do that is to change the recipient email for each form, as my colleague mentioned.
