1) Gibt es mittlerweile die Möglichkeit, die Absprungrate der Nutzer innerhalb des Forms zu sehen? Also bei welcher Frage die User das Form verlassen?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to determine when a form filler stopped answering questions. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Ich hatte vor 2 Jahren schon einmal die Frage gestellt. Da sich im Marketing alles um Conversion dreht, ist es für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, wie ein professioneller Anbieter, wie Jotform, das nicht bietet. Das ist eine der wichtigsten Kennzahlen, die ich bei einem Makretinfunnel benötige!

Now, coming back to your question, as indicated by my colleague, we don't currently have the option to track the last question that the users see or the reason before leaving the form. But, you can obtain information about your forms' conversion rates, as well as the proportion of seen forms that are filled out with our Form Analytics tool. This tool helps you see how many people viewed your forms, how many responded, and where the traffic is coming from. The traffic panel shows in detail where your visitors are originating from, which technology platforms they use, and on which devices they interact with your form.  Let me show you how you check it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to the Jotform Logo, and select Form Analytics.
2. Under your form's name, click on This Month, All-time, or Custom to change the time filters.
3. Click on Device, Platform, or Location to view more information about the form submitter.
