kann ich in dem kostenlosen Starter Paket pro Formular 100 monatliche Rückmeldungen erhalten oder nur insgesamt?

Now, coming back to your question, the 100 form submissions is the total submissions you can have for all your forms and not per form. We have a guide on Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check.
