Now, coming back to your question, if I understand it correctly, you're looking for a way to show a message to your form responders, which they won't be able to edit it. If that's the case, you can add a paragraph field to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, at the left side of the page, click on Add Element.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Paragraph.

3. Then, click on your Paragraph field once to select it, and then in the menu on the right side of the page, click on Edit.

4. Finally, type in a message, that's it.
