Kann ich einen leeren Datensatz für ein Formular erstellen

Hallo,

ich habe ein Formular erstellt. Jetzt möchte ich gerne individuelle Datensätze erstellen, bei dem ich jeweils nur den Firmenname bei den Daten eingebe und dann meinem Kunden den Link schicke.

Kann er diesen Link auch ausfüllen, wenn er nicht angemeldet ist? Wenn ich die ID des Datensatzes nutze, dann komme ich immer wieder auf eine Login - Seite.

Now, coming back to your question, yes, you can create a link for your customers where they visit your form and their Company Name is already filled out, and it won't require them to log in before filling out the rest of the fields. To do that, you need to create a Manual Prefill of the form. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Prefill from the left menu.
3. From the Prefill options, select Manual Prefill.

4. Click on Add a new Prefill.
5. Go through the form and add the information you want, then click on Create once done.

After you finish creating the Prefills, you can send it to the users:

1. Click on the Three Dots icon of the prefill item.
2. From the left menu, either click Send Invitation or Copy Link to copy the link and directly send it to the users.
