Hallo, wir möchten gern von jährlich auf monatliche Zahlung umsteigen und auch auf eine monatliche Kündigungsfrist. Leider wird unsere Umsatzsteuer ID nicht anerkannt, woran liegt das? Bisher hat alles funktioniert und die ID hat sich auch nicht geändert. Ich freue mich auf eine kurze Rückmeldung!

Now, coming back to your question, I checked your account and you're on the Bronze yearly plan that would renew on Jan 12, 2025. To clarify, do you want to downgrade to the Bronze monthly before the renewal date or do you want to downgrade to another plan? Regarding your vat, it seems to be showing 0% tax rate.

For me it’s important, that we can end it up monthly after the year is over, so after January 12th 2025. We don’t need it a full year after that, just one month.

Hi folgerichtig,
Sure, you can switch your subscription to a monthly payment before your subscription expires on January 12th 2025. It's really easy to switch the subscription on your account. Let me show you how:
- In My Forms, click on the profile avatar in the top right of the Jotform window.
- Select Settings.n
- Select the Billing tab.
- Click on the Change Plan button.
- Click on the Current button under your Current plan
- Select Monthly Payment then set up your card details.
- Click on Pay to proceed to the payment, and that's it.

But does the monthly payment also mean, that we can end the whole abonnement every month?
We need our Jotform account just until February/ March and don’t want to pay a whole next year.

Hi folgerichtig,
Yes, once you subscribe for monthly payment, you can downgrade your account anytime, downgrading your account will prevent your subscription from getting renewed. Let me show you how to downgrade your subscription:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
