Hi Alex_christ,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you try uninstalling the app then install it again? Usually the issue about app crashing can be resolved on this method. Also, make sure to download the latest version and try logging into your account and check if the issue happens again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Good day,
Thank you very much for the quick response. The app has already been uninstalled and reinstalled, and a colleague is experiencing the same issue with the app. My colleague also has an iPhone, but the iOS version is unknown.

Hi Alexander,
Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:
- Update the App: Make sure you have the latest version of the Jotform app installed. Check for any updates in the App Store and install them if available.
- Reinstall the App: If the issue persists, uninstall the Jotform app from your device and reinstall it. Just keep in mind that any locally stored data might be lost during reinstallation.
- Restart Your Device: Try restarting your iPhone. A force restart can help clear up minor software glitches.
- Check Your Network Connection: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, as connectivity issues can sometimes cause apps to freeze on loading.
- Clear App Cache: While iOS doesn’t allow direct cache clearing, reinstalling the app can act as a reset for app data.
Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
