Angemeldeter nicht in Liste!

Hi,
ich habe ein Einschreibformular erstellt. Habe davon ein QR gemacht und auf meine Einlagung eingebaut. Nicht von JEDEM, der sich damit anmeldet, wir in meiener List angezeit. Der Jemand hatt aber ein bestätigiung bekommen (grünes Häckchen). d.h. er glaubt er ist angemeldet, er erscheint aber icht in meien Jotform Liste???? Was läuft falsch???

Now, coming back to your question, to clarify, some users did submit the form and see the Thank-you page, but their submissions are not visible on your Tables? If yes, can you share their Email Address with us? Can you let us know if your form is embedded, if yes, share the website URL with us. Also, to check your Tables, we need to access your account but, we need you to change your account's settings. Here's how to do it:

1. Access your Account Security Page.
2. Scroll down to Jotform Support Access and set the toggle to ON.

Once done, please let us know, and we'll be able to access your account to investigate better your issue.

As soon as we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
