Form is not working properly on a Firefox browser

    Hallo liebes Team,


    ich habe derzeit das Problem, dass auf allen Webseiten, auf denen ein JotForm-Formular eingebettet ist, die Cookie-Einstellungen auf der Kontaktseite in Firefox nicht angezeigt werden. In anderen Browsern, wie z. B. Chrome, tritt das Problem nicht auf.

    Könnt ihr mir weiterhelfen und sagen, ob es eine Einstellung gibt, die ich iin Jotform anpassen müsste, oder ob es sich um ein browser-spezifisches Problem mit Firefox handelt, das möglicherweise direkt mit Jotform zusammenhängt?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your issue, I tried to access your website on a Firefox browser to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, the map is still showing and functioning even when I'm using a Firefox browser. Can you try enabling your Firefox browser cookies to see if it's going to work?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

    Hay Gian,

    thank you for your Answer. Unfortunately, I tried the Standard Settings and also deleted the Cookies and Cache, but it's still showing me the same Problem.

    Hi Tim,

    Can you tell us how do you embed your form into your website? We recommend using the iFrame code. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Veröffentlichen.
    2. Click on Einbetten on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select IFRAME.
    4. Click on Code kopieren and add the code to your website.
