    Hallo,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, can you try to uninstall and reinstall your app to see if this would resolve the issue? You can also try using a different device to open the app and make sure that your internet connection is stable. If you run into the same issue again, let us know the device that you are using as well as the version of the app, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
