Now, coming back to your question. You can change the text of the Dropdown field in the Properties of the field. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.
2. Click on the Dropdown field and then click on the Gear icon to open Properties.
3. In the navigation bar click on Options, scroll down, and turn on the Show Text in Empty Option.
4. Type the text, you want to appear instead of Please Select, in the textbox.
