Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I checked and found that the email address you used to submit this ticket is tied to a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary and require only one login. To create a new account, you can go to this link and register using the same email address.

Hi Chris, danke für die Rückmeldung. Irgendetwas stimmt mit Jotform nicht, wir können uns über den regulären Weg nicht anmelden, was bis gestern immer geklappt hat. Außerdem können wir keine Exporte in Excel ziehen. Bis wann ist das Problem behoben? Bis vor ein paar Tagen hat noch alles funktioniert.

I checked, and your account is active, you should not have any issues logging in. Are you getting any errors when logging in? Can I also ask how are you pulling out reports via Excel without logging in to your account?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
