I've reviewed the application and found you have invited team members via email, please note if you have 1 application with multiple pages in it, and you invite someone to complete the application, it only required them to have a Jotform account with the same email ID. So, if they signed up once, they can use same credentials for all apps as far as apps are shared with them. Similarly, if you embed Private forms in your application, you must need to invite the user after that they'll be able to view the form within your Application. We also have a guide about How to Share Jotform Apps that you can check out. We also have a guide to help you learn How to Change the Access Settings of a Form.
