Hallo,
Vielen Dank.
Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Hi MediasKlinikum,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you check the file sizes of the files from the submission with no email attachments? Right now, we're sending emails through AWS SES, which has a total size limit for attachments. Attachments are capped at 5MB to help ensure the email service stays reliable. If the total size of the attachments exceeds 5MB, the emails will still go through, but without the attachments. But you can still download the attached files using the links provided in your email notification or directly from your submission page.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Jovanne,
Thanks for your quick reply!
I have followed your advice and checked the file greetings. However, the attached file, which is only shown as a download in the email, is only 32.0 KB in size. So unfortunately your tip does not solve my problem. Do you have any other ideas as to why some documents are not being sent as attachments?
Thanks and best regards
Selina

Hi MediasKlinikum,
I have cloned your form and tested it on my end, and I was unable to replicate the issue as shown in the screenshot.
Could you try to create a Notification Email if the issue still persists? Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Add Email.
4. Select Notification Email.
5. Go to Advanced tab.
6. Turn on Send File Uploads as Attachments.
7. Click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
