Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich wollte darauf hinweisen, dass die Erinnerungen, die per E-Mail an die Kollegen gesendet werden, leider fehlerhaft sind. Die E-Mails kommen zwar an, aber die Terminbeschreibung sowie die Dauer fehlen (siehe Screenshot).
Bislang hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.
Könnte man dieses Problem bitte prüfen und eine Lösung finden?

Now, coming back to your question, after checking the reminder email for the appointment field, I confirmed that the field name was different to the actual appointment field. You can have this corrected by updating the template. Let me show you how:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Appointment field.
- Then, click the Gear icon to open the Appointment properties.
- Under Advanced tab, click on the Customize Reminder Email button.
- In the pop-up window showing, delete the current field name.
- Then, click on +Form Fields button.
- Select the Appointment field to get the correct field name.
- Click Save.
