Hallo Team,
nach Absenden unseres Formulars werden die eingestellten Mails mit den Dokumenten (PDF) nicht versandt.

Woran kann es liegen? Hatte heute früh auch Anmeldeprobleme.

Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Hi Till,
I checked the file size of the PDF, and it exceeds 5 MB. Unfortunately, it won't be attached to the email notification. You can consider setting up SMTP to send the emails using your own server. As a workaround, you can also make another PDF that won't exceed to 5 MB so you can attach it on the notification email.
