Hi LangerEnergie,
Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, If the data you mentioned above is deleted and purged, there is no way to restore it. But we can contact with our backend team to see if there is a way to restore it. Can you give more detail about the missing data type? Are the forms are deleted or the submissions? Can you give us the form title or the submission ID of the missing data?
If the data you mentioned above is only transferred to trash you can restore it back. Let me show you how to check the trash folder:
- For Deleted Forms:
- In My Forms page, click on the Trash at the bottom left side.
- Select the deleted form and click on Restore on the top.
- For Deleted Submissions:
- In your form's Table, click on the Three Dots Icon next to the main tab.
- Then click on Trashed Entries in the list that comes up.
- Select the submission from the Trash opened on the right side and click on Restore.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
