Guten Tag,
Lasse Osterheider

Hi Lasse,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know, and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Total Submission limit, is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, that you can keep in your account. Unlike the Form Views, which does reset monthly on the first day of your monthly usage cycle.
Total Submission limit does not and has to be managed manually. You can free up the limit by Deleting and Purging form entries. Make sure to Download first your Form Submissions before taking that action because once you deleted the submission data you can longer retrieve it. Now, let me show how to Delete/Purge submission entries:
Delete
1. In Submission Tables, tick the checkbox of the submission entries you want to delete.
2. Click on the Delete button, at the top.
3. On the pop out modal, click on the Move to Trash button.
Purge
1. In Submission Tables, click on the Three Dots Icon of the form's title on the upper left side of the page and select Trashed Entries.
2. On the Trash modal, you can either tick the box to Select All or choose the submission entries you want to Purge.
3. Once done, click the Delete Forever button.
4. In the confirmation pop out, click the Delete button.
Keep in mind that reaching any of the monthly limits prompts the system to disable your forms on the scheduled date indicated in the email sent to you. Your forms will also display the “Form over quota” message. You may also check our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits for more information.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
