Hallo,
alle Formulare und Apps von GERZ sollen in einen anderen Account übertragen werden.
Die Zugangsdaten zum neuen Account liegen vor.Wie ist die Vorgehendweise?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. Unfortunately, we do not have a way to transfer Jotform Apps to a different account. We can only transfer the forms and its data to another account. We will need you to provide the form URLs and the email address associated with the account so we can process the transfer.
Additionally, if a Custom URL is enabled for the forms you wish to transfer, the URL will change after the move as the username where the form will be under a different account. So, if you've already shared the initial custom URL with multiple users, you'll need to update them with the new URL since the old one won't work anymore.

Hi,
sorry for answering late.
So the form "GERZ Rollfenster" and the answers and excel-sheets in the Teamspace GERZ should be transfered to the account with the email dominik.hoerter@rollfenster.de.
Do you need any further information?

We have moved the form and data to the account associated with the email address dominik.hoerter@rollfenster.de. Do note that if there are any custom URLs set up on your form, the custom URL will update automatically with the new owner's username. You will then need to update your respondents about the changes in the custom URL.
