Automatische E-Mail Antwort wird nicht oder sehr spät versendet

Hallo,
bei einem meiner Formulare wird wird die automatische Antwort-E-Mail nur sehr spät oder im Moment anscheinend gar nicht versendet. Gibt es im Moment Probleme mit dem Mail-Versand?

Now, coming back to your question, please note that I checked your last submission (Submission ID 6013622547938967167) and was able to see that it was successfully sent, and our logs shows that it was sent at the same time the submission was received. Also, if you experienced some delays, do note that email delays can be temporarily issues caused by high traffic, but if it is recurrent, please consider contacting your Email Service Provider and request them to whitelist our default email noreply@jotform.com. Check out our guide on Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains for more information. To avoid this, you can also set your own SMTP, this should solve the email delays. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In My Forms of your personal account, click on your Profile pictures in the top right corner.
2. Click Settings in the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down to the Sender Emails section, and click on the edit button.
4. Next, click on the Add Sender Email button.
5. Finally, Provide the SMTP information. Once you've finished, click the Send Test Email button to verify the functionality. If successful, proceed by clicking the Add Email button. If not, make necessary corrections to the information.
