Hi Armin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now going back to your question, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my result:
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Hi Armin,
When using a single choice field, there is currently no option to unselect it. Since you already received submissions, I suggest adding a form reset option. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Gear icon right beside the Submit button.
- Go to the tab Advanced.
- Toggle on the Option Reset Button.
We also have a guide about How to Add Reset and Print Buttons to Forms that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
