Hallo,

Hi Dennis,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now getting back to your question, if you can see in your Jotform account that Trello is connected, does that mean you've integrated Trello from Jotform? If so, it will give you the use of -
- Collect data and file uploads through your forms
- Automatically convert them to new Trello cards
- Label your cards
- Assign due dates
- Work on new tasks with your team
But, it doesn't give you access directly to the form. That's the reason why the form cannot be filled from Trello. In order for the form to be fillable from Trello, you'd need to connect the accounts using Jotform Power-Up. Let me show you how:
- The first thing you have to do is add the Jotform Power-Up and connect your Jotform account:
- Click the Power Ups button in the upper-right corner.
- Find Jotform in the list of Power-Ups and click the Add button.
- Click the Settings button and Authorize account.
- After that, connect your Jotform account.
Once you’ve connected your Jotform account, you can create new form, change the connected form, fill a form, or attach uploads and reports. Use our complete guide on how to Use the Jotform Power-Up in Trello.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
