Downgrade des Abonnements auf den Starter-Plan (kostenlos).

ich möchte mein Bronze-Paket mit sofortiger Wirkung kündigen und einen Downgrade auf die Free-Version vornehmen. Wie kann ich das umsetzen?

Ich finde die richtige Vorgehensweise nicht. Oder reicht Ihnen diese Nachricht aus?

Wenn nicht, sendet mir gern den Link zum passenden Formular.

Ergänzung: Ich habe zwar den Downgrade vorgenommen, aber mir wird angezeigt, dass dieser erst ab dem 31.März 25 gültig wird. Ich möchte allerdings das Bronze-Paket sofort kündigen.

Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, cancelling your subscription will always take effect by the end of your cycle especially if the cancellation happens beyond the 30 days money back policy or from your last payment. You can check out Jotform's Term of Use for more information.
