Hallo zusammen
Gianluca -

Hi Gianluca,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, can you try checking if you have archived or deleted forms that have uploaded files? Keep in mind that deleting the submission data and form will be stored in the Trashed Entries for 30 days, and they will take up some space in your Upload Space limit. You'll have to purge it from there to be completely removed from our server. Please make sure to download your submissions first to serve as your backup. Let me show you how to do it:
- Go to the Jotforms Table.
- Open the main tab’s menu using the three-dot icon next to it.
- Select Trashed entries from the menu.
4. In the Trash pane on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.
5. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
You might also want to check out this guide How to Delete Form Submission Data for more information.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Shirized
Thanks for your answer. I already tried those steps. But it still says the storage is full...

Hi Gianluca,
Your form DE/EN Anmeldung Pistolen Holsterkurs has current 371 uploads. I suggest deleting submissions or form uploads only because the reach upload space is about the attachments of the form responses. Let me show you how:
- Go to My Tables and select the table where you want to delete form responses or uploads.
- Click on View table.
To delete a single entry, proceed as follows:
- Open the menu of the entry via the three-dot symbol in the first column of the table.
- Select Move to trash in the menu.
Confirm that you would like to delete the entry.
If you want to remove form responses from the trash:
- Open the Main Tab menu using the icon with the three-dot symbol next to it.
- Click the Trashed Entries menu and in the Trash area on the right, select the submissions you would like to delete and then select Delete Forever.
- Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.
Note: Form responses are stored in the Trash for 30 days and are still counting as form submissions. Also, this allows you to restore the submissions if needed.
You can also delete multiple entries at once. Here we have a tutorial: How to delete form submission data that you are welcome to view.
If you only would like to delete the upload, proceed as follows. In the table, you will now see all form responses that contain uploads. You can now delete the entire form response as described above, or just the upload.
- In a form response, click in the column where the upload is.
- You can now download the upload and also remove it if you click on the trash icon.
- Confirm that you really would like to delete the upload.
Also, I would recommend that you download from responses first so that you have a backup. This guide How to Download the Submission Files explains how to do this. A wide guide that may be of interest to you: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
I have just reactivated your account, so you will be able to implement the above recommendations.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any further questions.

Hi Andreas
I checked all forms and none has this amount of uploads (see screenshot below). As I already said, I deleted most of them this morning. Also the ones in the trash.

Hi Gianluca,
Can you check the trash for the form DE/EN Anmeldeformular and follow the suggestion of my colleague Shirized because there are still 146 entries with uploaded images?
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Andreas
I already did this. So the trash is empty and I can't see those 146 images... Is it possible for you to delete it for me?

Hi Gianluca,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. It seems you are checking the Trash folder from the My Form's page. Please open the form and go to Tables. Let me walk you through it:
1. Click the main tab’s vertical ellipsis icon.
2. Select the Trashed entries option.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click the Delete Forever button.
5. Finally, click Delete in the confirmation window to purge the marked entries.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
