Hallo liebes Jotform-Team,
uns wird seit letzter Woche angezeigt, dass unser Datenspeicher >1 GB beträgt. Unsere Formular-Posteingänge sind aufgeräumt und auch der Formular-Cache ist geleert. Könnt ihr mir bitte mitteilen wo die Daten herkommen und was wir noch optimieren können, damit der Datenspeicher niedriger wird?

Hi Melina,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I've recalculated your account's upload usage and see that they're currently at 1.05 GB which is over your plan's 1 GB limit. If you'd like to free up some upload space from your account, attachments or submissions that come with it must be permanently deleted. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Tables, select the submissions to delete.
- Next, click on the Delete button at the upper right.
- On the pop-up window, click on the Move To Trash button to confirm deleting the submissions.
The deleted submission will remain in the Trashed Entries folder for 30 days before it gets purged. Unless the submissions are purged, it will still count towards your upload usage. Let's continue on how to purge them so they can be freed up from your space usage. Let's do it:
- In your submission tables, click on the 3 vertical dots on the right of the table tab.
- Select the Trashed Entries.
- Then, select the deleted entries
- Click on the Delete Forever button.

Thank you for your prompt response!
I’ve deleted a lot of form submission data and permanently removed it as well. I also deleted some unused forms. However, the upload space doesn’t seem to be decreasing. I’m a bit confused about what’s happening.

Hi Melina,
It seems that there are still a lot more uploads on some of your forms, especially on Online-Benefitaktion einreichen and Employer Branding-Aktion einreichen form. Consider permanently deleting submissions, that come with attachments, to free up more space. You may also consider upgrading your account to increase your limit and re-enable your forms without deleting submissions.

I re-calculated your upload usage and see that they're now at 394.67 MB which is below your limits. Your forms are active and can receive submissions again.
