Ich habe ein Dropdownmenü mit verschiedenen Fahrzeugtypen:
PKW, LKW etc
gibt es eine möglichkeit wenn ich mehrere Fahrzeuge erfasse den jeweiligen Fahrzeugtyp zu zählen?
Beispiel:
1. LKW. De1235567
2. PKW. DE7890
3. LKW. DEXXXXXX
LKW = 2
OKW = 1

Hi Fabian,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, going back to your question. Can you send us the Link to your form, so we can take a look at it for you?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

It's about this section. Here we summarise vehicles of different categories. I would like to count how often ‘LKW’ is documented.

Hi Fabian,
I understand that you want to calculate how many times the options in the Fahrzeugtyp dropdown field in the Input Table is selected. To do this, you will need to add Form Calculation Widgets to get the total of each row, per each option and the total of how many times the option was selected and Short Text elements where the values will be passed. Let me show you how to set that up:
1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button, then go to Widgets tab.
2. Select Form Calculation from the options. Add one widget to calculate each row.
3. Click on the Gear Icon, go to Advanced tab and Hide the widgets.
4. Click on the Add Form Element button, under the Basic tab, add hidden Short Text elements for each option per row.
5. Once you set up the fields, click on the Form Calculation Fields for each row and set the recommended calculation.
Example for Row 1
Repeat the steps for each Form Calculation widget per row, but keep in mind that for the succeeding rows, you will need to select the correct row by order on the Input Table under the Fahrzeugtyp dropdown field.
6. Next, Add another set of Form Calculation widgets, which calculate the total for each option.
7. Set the recommended Calculation for each option, Add all the same option for each row.
Example for the Total KTW field:
Repeat the steps for each Form Calculation widget, make sure you select the same option per row.
8. Click on the Settings tab, then click on the Conditions tab on the left panel, select Update/Calculate Field element and set similar conditions below:
KTW
RTW
NEF
LKW
KDOW
MTW
PKW
Make sure to set the similar condition, for each row per option.
Check out the screencast below to see my results:
You can check and test my Demo Form if it meets your requirements. You can also Clone it for you to see how I set the Short Text field, Form Calculation widgets and conditions.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
