Könnt ihr mir bei diesem Problem helfen ?

Now, coming back to your question, it seems that your Zapier integration wasn't integrated properly. You can reintegrate it again. It's easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of your screen.
2. In the menu on the left side of your screen, click on Integrations.
3. Click on Zapier.
4. Select a template.
5. In the menu that opens, configure the zap.
6. Turn the Zap On on the top-right side of the menu.
7. Click on Publish on the top-right side of the menu.
That's it. You have now integrated Zapier successfully. You can also check this detailed guide on how to integrate it to your form.
