Now, coming back to your question, sure, we can help you transfer your form. But, I checked the form and saw that it belongs to a different account, which is associated with the email address di**lan*ef**d@g*x.d*. Do you recognize this email address, and still have access to the account? If yes, you need to log in to that account and contact Support to request to move your form. If you need to do a password reset, here's how to do that:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
That's it. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
Also, when getting back to us using the other account, you need to specify these details:
- The URL of the form that you want to transfer.
- The email address or username of the receiving account.
Lastly, note that if you created a custom URL for your form, the custom URL will not be retained, since the form is already associated with a different username. If this is the case, you just need to create a new custom URL for your form.
