Guten Tag
Ich habe das Problem, dass das Mail vom Formular (nicht) mehr weitergeleitet wird. Dies bei allen vier Formularen. Eigentlich sollten beim Absenden das Formulare an mitgliederverwaltung@fchitzkirch.ch gesendet werden. Das hat nicht funktioniert. Dann habe ich das wieder umgestellt auf patrick.wiget@bluewin.ch. Das hat aber auch nicht funktioniert. Woran kann das liegen?

Now, coming back to your question, I understand that the email notification in your form was not forwarded to the email address you assigned. I cloned one of your forms and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast and screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Can you try to clear your browser cache and cookies to see if the issue no longer replicates? I have cleared your form cache as a precaution. You can also try to test your form on a different device or browser.

Danke für die Rückmeldung. Das ist korrekt, dass ihr versuch korrekt funktioniert hat. Ich habe danach die Adresse umgestellt auf mitgliederverwaltung@fchitzkirch.ch. Unter diese Mailadresse wird das Mail an zwei Empfänger umgeleitet (Alias-Adressen) nämlich an thomas.estermann@fchitzkirch.ch und juniorenobmann@fchitzkirch.ch. Unter Juniorenobmann wird die Mail empfangen, unter Thomas Estermann nicht. Mir ist jedoch unklar wieso. Mails aus anderen Versendern können unter Thomas.Estermann... empfangen werden. Keine Ahnung, an was das liegen könnte.
Den untenstehenden Text kann ich aus dem Mail vom Juniorenobmann entnehmen.

I got word from the relevant team. The issue might be related to the email forwarding or alias setup on your email provider’s side. Since the email is successfully being received by the juniorenobmann@fchitzkirch.ch alias but not by thomas.estermann@fchitzkirch.ch, the problem could be with the forwarding rules or the filtering system set up for the thomas.estermann@fchitzkirch.ch email address. Can you check if there are no spam or filtering rules in place that might be preventing emails from Jotform from reaching thomas.estermann@fchitzkirch.ch? Since other emails are being received, the filtering rules might treat Jotform emails differently. Sometimes, emails from automated systems like Jotform can be in the spam or junk folder. Please ask Thomas Estermann to check these folders to see if the emails are being misclassified. You may want to add noreply@jotform.com and returns@jotform.com to your email provider’s whitelist or safe sender list to ensure the emails are not blocked or filtered out.
