Liebes Jotform-Team,
Besten Dank, Jonathan Dubowy

Hi Creative_Kingdom,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, you can do this by cloning your existing form and converting it into a card form afterward. It's really easy. Let me show you how:
First, clone the existing form from your account.
- Go to My Forms page and select the existing form.
- Click on the More option on the right and select Clone from the menu.
This will open the Form Builder where you can start converting your duplicate form into a card form. Here's how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Paint Roller icon in the upper-right corner.
- Under the Layout tab, click on Card Form. And that's it.
We also have a guide about How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account and How to Change Your Form Layout that you can check out.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
