Buongiorno
ho un problema con il seguente form https://form.jotform.com/241771356040350
vengo avvisato che ho superato i limiti di utilizzo ma se controllo dalle statistiche vedo che ancora sono al disotto degli stessi limiti , come mai ? potreste aiutarmi a ripristinare la funzionalità

Now, coming back to your question, I was able to replicate the issue when I initially accessed your form. When I cleared the cache of your forms, that seem fixed the issue. Although Clearing Your Form Caches isn't done automatically, it's easy to do it manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
