PDF-Einreichungen: Das Dokument ist unvollständig

Hallo, wir haben eine Vorlage die online vom Kunden auszufüllen ist, und beim senden haben wir bisher immer noch einen bereich gehabt, den der Kunde nicht sieht, der aber bisher immer mitgesendet wurde. Da wir diesen zum Weiterleiten an unsere Kunden als Anlage zum Formular benötigen. Dieses fehlt seit einiger Zeit und wir haben von unserer Seite nichts geändert. Bitte prüfen warum dieser Teil nach der Signatur nicht mehr in meinem pdf vorhanden ist dieser Teil fehlt. Im Screenshot fehlt nun der Teil ab den roten Strich nach unten komplett. Bitte prüfen.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the part that you mentioned that isn't included in the PDF is hidden in the form which will also hide it on the PDF. Let me show you how to fix it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the field that is currently hidden.
2. Click on the Gear icon, then click on the Advanced tab.
3. Toggle off the Hide Field switch.

The result will look like this when you view the PDF:
