Now, coming back to your question. Unfortunately, we don't have direct integration with SEPA payment options to our forms. As an alternative, you can integrate Mollie into your form. Mollie has a wide range of alternative payment methods which includes SEPA (SEPA Direct Debit and SEPA Bank Transfer). SEPA can be enabled from Mollie dashboard. You check out the following links:
