If I understood it correctly, you want the company name on the Autocompleted Address widget to be sent as a form entry on email notification? If that's so, I'll suggest that you use a Short Text field for a company name, as it'll separate it from the Autocompleted Address widget. You can clone my demo form, or you can do it on your end. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the upper-left part of the screen.

2. Scroll down, drag and drop on Short Text element to your form.

3. Type your preferred label on Short Text field.
