Additional positioning of fields in the form

Now going back to your question, I cloned your form and I was able to see the field Test 1 and 2. Check out the screenshot below:

But, can you explain further what is the image Test 3? Same goes with Ram 1 and 2. Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
