Beim Absenden des Formulars bekomme ich dieses Formular nicht in mein Postfach gesendet. Wo liegt der Fehler in der Einstellung? Eine Testmail kommt ebenfalls nicht bei mir an.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in your language, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Let me get back to your question. Our system shows that this ch**st**n@s***5.**e email address is in our bounce list. I have gone ahead and removed your emails from the bounce list. You will now start receiving emails on these emails. You can also check if your email is on the bounce list or not. Let me show you how:
- Hover over your Avatar/Profile picture.
- Click on Settings.
- Select Settings in the menu on the left.
4. Scroll down to Bounce list and enter your email address.
5. Then, click on Check.
You can see a remove option only if the email matches the email in the account email. If you want to remove any other email address from the list, you need to contact support. Also, you can try to whitelist Jotform addresses or ask your email provider to whitelist Jotform addresses. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
