    Dominik Maier

    Hello Dominik,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I looked at the URL to your form and found that Person 1 and Person 2 both have their own form fields, which link to one column. It is only possible if you are the one who will manually add a line break to your Google Sheets.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello Dominik,

Please note that each submission will be placed into a single row. That being said, every additional submission you submit will be added to the row below. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Hello Dominik,

You can use the Configurable List Widget, so the respondents will get the option of adding another set of the same questions for another person just in the same line.  Let me show you how it's added to your form.

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu
    2. Under the Widgets tab, drag and drop the Configurable List Widget to your form.

    Hello Dominik,

Did you mean you want to integrate your existing submissions to an existing Google Spreadsheet? If so, yes it's possible. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.

    3. Select the Google Sheets Integration.

    4. Now, select or connect your Google account. How to add a line break in the integrated Google Sheets Image 1 Screenshot 30

    5. Click on Use an Existing Spreadsheet.

    6. Select your Google Spreadsheet and your form fields.

    7. Now, click on Save and you're done.
